Responsibilities
Assist patients with their toileting needs, including providing support and supervision as required to ensure their safety and dignity during bathroom visits.
Perform hygienic care, including bathing and cleaning, for patients or residents to maintain their well-being and comfort.
Ensure patients’ personal cleanliness and refresh bed linens regularly to uphold hygiene standards.
Responsible for safely turning, repositioning, and transferring patients between wheelchairs, seating areas, and beds.
Prepare and serve meals while assisting patients with eating as needed.
Record vital signs, including blood pressure and body temperature, with precision and attention to detail.
