Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Hospital Administration Manager to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility.

Oversee and execute key operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. Manage project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to achieve desired outcomes. Serve as a liaison between departments to foster clear communication and resolve discrepancies. Develop and enforce policies to uphold compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines. Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support team members in achieving professional growth.

Devise and oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial targets. Collaborate with department heads to gather and analyze financial data, and present detailed budget proposals to senior management for approval. Monitor budget performance throughout the fiscal year, identifying variances and implementing corrective measures as needed to maintain fiscal discipline.

Formulate and execute robust policies that govern all operational procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Develop and manage employee work schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency.

Responsible for systematically managing and preserving medical and employee documentation in a structured manner.

Oversee the performance of administrative personnel to ensure adherence to established standards and operational efficiency.

Responsible for conducting training sessions to onboard new employees and ensure they understand company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities.

Promptly order and restock medical and office supplies to maintain consistent availability and organization.

Respond to inquiries from physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel while ensuring accurate and timely communication.

Investigate and address any concerns or complications that may arise with patients to ensure their satisfaction and well-being.

Ensure ongoing awareness of current healthcare regulations to maintain compliance and best practices in all operational activities.
