Oversee a range of critical duties, including the management of daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and maintaining high standards of performance. Drive consistent weekly and monthly sales performance to meet established targets.

Prospect for new business opportunities by executing targeted outreach initiatives, including direct in-person engagements and telephone-based introductions, to connect with potential clients and cultivate a robust pipeline of leads.

Present and showcase products to potential clients, illustrating their features and benefits to generate interest and facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

Prepare all necessary contract documentation and perform thorough customer registration procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

Deliver foundational technical assistance and elevate unresolved issues to the appropriate team as required.

Analyze emerging market trends and assess the strategic actions of competitors to identify opportunities and potential threats.

Responsible for preparing precise sales reports and overseeing customer interactions to ensure strong professional connections.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development or related technical roles
• Proficiency in programming languages including but not limited to Java, Python, or C++
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop efficient, scalable solutions
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

A relevant qualification or a Business Diploma is required.

Seeking candidates with at least one year of professional experience in the telecommunications, internet service provider, or direct sales sectors.

Demonstrated success in achieving predetermined sales objectives consistently.

Proficient in communication and adept at negotiation are essential, enabling effective engagement and agreement facilitation.
