The individual will be tasked with achieving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives for the Fixed Line retail segment, leveraging FTTB and TTX technologies.
The scope of responsibility would encompass all business locations operated by Spectranet.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
A minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant professional experience is required for this role.
Must possess prior experience within the telecommunications sector, specifically in mobile or internet service provider (ISP) environments, with hands-on involvement in 4G LTE and FTTB network operations.
Experienced professionals in direct-to-consumer sales environments are required, with a strong ability to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership in managing teams exceeding ten direct sales executives, ensuring strategic alignment and performance excellence.
Proven track record in direct sales within an Internet Service Provider (ISP), telecommunications, or IT communications-related service provider environment is required.
Experienced in effectively managing and negotiating orders within a business-to-business context, with a strong history of success.
