Role Description
This is a full-time Growth Marketer/Strategist position situated in Lagos, offering a hybrid work model that integrates on-site teamwork with the convenience of remote work.
The Growth Marketer/Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies that span the entire customer lifecycle, encompassing stages from initial awareness and acquisition to activation, retention, and referral.
Day-to-day, you will design, execute, and evaluate growth experiments, oversee performance and lifecycle campaigns, and maintain ownership of critical growth metrics and dashboards.
This position focuses on leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance marketing funnels, refine landing pages, and strengthen acquisition channels across paid, owned, and earned media.
The Growth Marketer/Strategist will partner with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure growth strategies are seamlessly integrated with product roadmaps and enhancements to user experience.
This position will involve performing comprehensive market and competitor analyses, identifying key customer segments, and contributing to strategic initiatives for market expansion, product development, and partnership opportunities.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, alongside at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is required, along with expertise in database management and system architecture. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate within a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities include designing, testing, and deploying scalable software solutions, maintaining existing systems, and providing technical support to stakeholders. Additionally, the role necessitates continuous learning to adapt to emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Seasoned professional in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with a proven ability to conceptualize and execute data-driven growth experiments, driving scalable results.
Proven expertise in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics, encompassing data interpretation, dashboard creation, and the conversion of insights into strategic, actionable initiatives.
Proven expertise in Lead Generation, encompassing strategic campaign planning, the optimization of sales funnels, and the enhancement of conversion rates across various digital platforms.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels—including search, social, email, and display—along with expertise in performance marketing best practices is essential.
Proficient in utilizing A/B testing tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems to execute tailored, lifecycle-driven campaigns.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to prioritize high-impact initiatives within dynamic, fast-paced settings are essential.
You must possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, enabling you to effectively articulate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across various functions.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data/Analytics, or a comparable discipline, or relevant hands-on experience, is required.
Proven expertise spanning three years in the specified domain is required.
Proficiency in travel, e-commerce, or consumer-facing technology products is highly beneficial.
