Job Summary
As Group General Manager, your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive oversight of the organization’s operations, sales performance, and strategic development initiatives across all divisions.
You will be responsible for enhancing business performance, maintaining operational excellence, and directing cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth and profitability.
Oversee and execute key operational duties to ensure seamless business functions, including managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating team activities, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient workflows that enhance productivity and align with organizational objectives. Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate clear communication and resolve interdepartmental challenges promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Drive strategic planning and business development efforts to align with and accomplish organizational objectives.
Responsible for directing sales, operational, and administrative processes to uphold efficiency and ensure strategic alignment across all functions.
Oversee financial performance, allocate resources, and maintain budgetary oversight across business units to ensure optimal physical health and strategic alignment.
Craft, roll out, and maintain policies, performance evaluation frameworks, and organization-wide goals to drive strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.
Develop and maintain robust partnerships with key stakeholders while guiding cross-functional teams with decisive leadership.
Requirements
A Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline is required, with a Master’s degree being advantageous.
With a minimum of eight years of demonstrated leadership expertise within sales, operations, or general management roles, candidates are expected to possess a proven track record of success in these capacities.
Demonstrates a strong history of driving business expansion and optimizing performance metrics.
Accomplished leadership, excellent communication abilities, and sharp decision-making capabilities are essential qualities for this role.
Financially astute with a proven track record in budget preparation and expense management.
