Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or auditing. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables, is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and knowledge of GAAP or IFRS standards are highly desirable. Certification in CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus.
