Job Summary
The Front Desk Officer oversees the reception area, delivers exceptional customer service, and handles administrative duties to maintain seamless operational workflow.
Oversee and execute all primary duties and responsibilities associated with the position, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Lead key initiatives, manage critical projects, and provide strategic direction to enhance performance and productivity. Serve as the primary point of accountability for achieving departmental goals, maintaining compliance with policies, and fostering a culture of excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across all functional areas.
Delivers a warm welcome to customers and furnishes essential details regarding available products and services.
Responds to telephone inquiries, manages incoming messages, and addresses walk-in visitors promptly and professionally.
Oversees the processing of order bookings, organizes pick-ups, and resolves customer complaints to ensure operational efficiency and satisfaction.
Ensures the reception area remains clean and orderly while assisting with daily shop operations.
Manages incoming orders via WhatsApp and online platforms, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment.
When collaboration is needed, actively participates in the team effort to ensure collective success.
Takes messages and communicates them to appropriate enquirers.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Prior experience managing projects or leading initiatives will be highly advantageous, along with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements is a must.
A Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.), Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (ND), or National Certificate of Education (NCE) in any academic discipline is required.
We seek candidates with one to two years of experience providing exceptional customer support.
Effective communication skills are essential for this role, enabling clear and concise exchanges with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and productivity.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
