A seasoned Deposit Mobilization Officer is required to strengthen our team.
The ideal candidate will drive deposit and investment mobilization from both individual and corporate clients, uncover new business prospects, broaden the institution’s professional network, and foster enduring relationships with current customers to enhance the bank’s deposit portfolios.
Oversee a range of essential duties including the management of daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and foster a productive work environment. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to facilitate clear and effective communication.
Proactively secure and process financial deposits from both individual and corporate customers to bolster liquidity and support organizational growth objectives.
Prospect new business opportunities and cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with current clients.
Develop and expand deposit portfolios by implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance customer acquisition.
Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to ensure awareness of current market trends.
Cultivate and sustain strategic alliances with essential stakeholders, such as clients, internal team members, and external collaborators.
Drive deposit mobilization targets beyond established benchmarks through consistent performance and strategic execution.
To uphold adherence to regulatory mandates and established internal guidelines, guaranteeing full compliance with all applicable standards and procedures.
Ensure that all transactions adhere strictly to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
