We are seeking a smart, courteous, and highly organised Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally
Schedule and manage appointments
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries
Register patients and maintain accurate records
Process payments and issue receipts
Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure a seamless patient experience
Requirements:
ND/OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role
Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient service is essential. Previous experience in a hospital, physiotherapy clinic, or similar healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas (Ajah, Chevron, Ikate, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, etc.) to ensure a convenient commute.
