Collaborates with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and align departmental goals with organizational objectives. Orchestrate the strategic planning, implementation, and successful delivery of comprehensive digital marketing initiatives spanning social media, paid media, content creation, influencer collaborations, experiential activations, and production projects.
Collaborate effectively with internal partners across strategy, creative, media, production, and digital departments to facilitate timely project delivery while maintaining budgetary constraints.
Act as the primary liaison for designated accounts, fostering enduring, high-value partnerships with clients to ensure sustained satisfaction and collaboration.
To develop strategic recommendations, one must thoroughly comprehend clients’ business objectives, marketing strategies, and brand positioning.
Leverage strategic initiatives to expand current accounts by implementing upselling and cross-selling techniques for agency services.
Assist in crafting compelling pitches, drafting persuasive proposals, and organizing presentation materials tailored to potential clients.
Oversee the financial management of designated accounts, including budget administration, invoicing procedures, and profitability analysis.
Compile comprehensive campaign reports, conduct thorough performance analyses, and perform detailed post-campaign evaluations.
To maintain fiscal responsibility, oversee projects to confirm they stay financially sustainable and in accordance with pre-approved budget allocations.
Oversee payment schedules and facilitate account reconciliation efforts as required.
Provide guidance and assistance to junior account executives and account managers to foster their professional growth and development.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of five to seven years of professional experience is required in the fields of digital marketing, advertising, or integrated communications, preferably within an agency setting.
Possesses a solid grasp of digital marketing principles and the ability to effectively oversee campaign execution.
Outstanding interpersonal, public speaking, and team management capabilities.
Demonstrated proficiency in handling concurrent projects and client engagements with a high degree of organization and efficiency.
Commercial acumen and a capacity for strategic problem-solving are essential, alongside the ability to analyze market trends and identify innovative solutions to complex challenges.
