Requirements
A minimum qualification of Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s Degree in any academic field is required.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships is essential.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in customer service and organizational competencies.
Maintaining a polished and professional demeanor in both appearance and behavior is essential.
Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high performance in fast-paced environments.
Relevant experience in receptionist, customer service, administrative, or front desk positions is highly advantageous.
Preferred residential areas include neighborhoods within a reasonable commuting distance to the office, ensuring accessibility and convenience for regular on-site presence. Ideal candidates reside in proximity to key transportation routes or public transit options, facilitating efficient travel to and from work. This consideration ensures alignment with operational needs while supporting a balanced work-life integration for employees.
