Job Summary

The Food Technologist plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing the consistent production of premium, safe, and compliant cashew nut products. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and a solid understanding of database management systems are preferred. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning are also necessary.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of two to four years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, or quality assurance, preferably within the nut processing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid background in these fields.

Proficient in food safety management systems such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), ISO 22000, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

Experienced in food production methodologies, quality assurance protocols, and product development strategies.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office suite and production documentation systems is required.
