Seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong educational background and relevant work experience in the field. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-specific software, tools, and methodologies is essential, as is the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Prior experience in project management or leadership positions is preferred but not mandatory.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

Requires 4 to 6 years of B2B sales experience specifically in food ingredients, commodity trading, or the distribution of food raw materials.

Experienced in providing solutions to food manufacturers, with a focus on the biscuit, cookie, confectionery, or packaged snacks sectors.

Possesses comprehensive expertise in the classification and functional applications of food-grade ingredients within baked goods and confectionery manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in food safety regulations, compliance with NAFDAC standards, and adherence to key quality frameworks such as HACCP and ISO 22000 are essential.

Skilled in overseeing industrial procurement processes and cultivating collaborative relationships with stakeholders across procurement, R&D, and production teams at various organizational levels.
