Kong is in search of a seasoned and results-oriented Flagship Store Manager to supervise operations at one of our principal retail locations in IKEA. The successful applicant will be tasked with enhancing sales outcomes, upholding operational standards, and guiding a high-achieving store team.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are achieved efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with broader company initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making and drive sustainable growth. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and employees, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and alignment with company values and strategic priorities.

Oversee the daily store operations to maintain seamless functionality of the flagship outlet.

Spearhead the guidance, mentorship, and growth of the store team to ensure consistent attainment of performance objectives.

Accelerate revenue generation while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction to foster enduring relationships and maximize profitability.

Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, established standards, and operational guidelines to maintain consistency and regulatory compliance across all processes.

Track inventory, monitor stock levels, and evaluate store performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and accurate data management.

Develop and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing both profitability and operational efficiency within the store.

Requirements:

Requires a minimum of three to five years of direct retail management experience, ideally within a large-scale or flagship store environment.

Exceptional leadership capabilities and robust people management expertise are essential for this role.

Demonstrates a consistent ability to surpass established sales objectives and meet or exceed performance benchmarks.

Demonstrates exceptional aptitude in customer service and operational management, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient oversight of daily operations.

Proven capability to thrive in a high-velocity retail setting with dynamic customer demands and operational urgency.
