Kong is in search of a seasoned and goal-oriented Flagship Store Manager to lead the operations of one of its prominent retail locations in IKEA. The successful applicant will be tasked with enhancing sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and directing a dynamic and high-achieving store team.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing financial reporting processes, and facilitating efficient operational workflows. Delegate tasks to team members, fostering collaboration and accountability to meet organizational objectives. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery. Serve as a liaison between senior management and frontline staff, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues and ensure adherence to best practices. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and process enhancements, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Oversee the daily operations of the store and maintain the seamless functioning of the flagship location.

Direct, train, and mentor store personnel to ensure the attainment of performance goals.

Propel revenue expansion while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction through strategic sales initiatives and superior service delivery.

Assure adherence to established company policies, standards, and operational procedures.

Oversee inventory management, track stock levels, and analyze store performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing both profitability and operational efficiency within the store environment.

Requirements:

A minimum of three to five years of hands-on retail management experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have overseen large or flagship store operations.

Accomplished leadership abilities and expertise in guiding and developing high-performing teams are essential, along with a proven track record in talent development, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive organizational success.

Results-oriented professional with a consistent history of surpassing sales objectives and meeting key performance indicators.

Demonstrated expertise in customer service excellence alongside strong operational management capabilities is essential.

Proven capability to thrive in high-pressure retail settings with rapid transaction cycles and dynamic customer interactions.
