Kong is in search of a seasoned and goal-oriented Flagship Store Manager to lead the operations of one of its prominent retail locations in IKEA. The successful applicant will be tasked with enhancing sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and directing a dynamic and high-achieving store team.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing financial reporting processes, and facilitating efficient operational workflows.
