A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Child Development, or Psychology is required, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience working with children in an educational or care setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with educational software are essential, as is the ability to create engaging lesson plans and foster a positive learning environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for collaborating with staff, parents, and students, while a passion for child development and a commitment to inclusive education principles are highly valued.
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required; possession of a Master’s degree is advantageous.
Professional certification, such as ICAN, ARCA, or CFA, is highly advantageous.
