Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of five years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, consulting, or capital markets, the ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in financial analysis, deal structuring, and strategic advisory.
A professional qualification such as ACA, ARCA, or CFA would be advantageous.
Proven expertise in developing financial models, conducting valuations, and executing transactions.
Capital markets and structured finance expertise, encompassing debt instruments, bonds, commercial papers, and equity, is essential.
A solid grasp of due diligence, financial analysis, and deal execution methodologies is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software is essential.
