Job Summary

Our client is in search of an organized and meticulous Finance Assistant to aid in financial operations, reconciliations, and reporting. The preferred candidate will play a key role in preserving precise financial records and facilitating the seamless execution of accounting and finance procedures.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service delivery across assigned functional areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and drive continuous innovation. Maintain rigorous compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold accountability. Analyze performance metrics, compile detailed reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform data-driven decision-making. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence, professional growth, and accountability. Ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve challenges, and achieve shared goals in a timely and effective manner.

Ensure the precision and integrity of financial records and supporting documentation at all times.

Oversee the receivables ledger and track pending payments diligently to ensure timely collections.

Manage the complete lifecycle of sales orders, from processing and invoicing to the collection of payments.

Provide support in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.

Verify adherence to established financial guidelines and internal control protocols.

Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of one to two years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles.

Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems is required.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in numerical analysis and problem-solving, with a keen ability to interpret and manipulate complex data sets efficiently.

Demonstrates exceptional precision and strong organizational skills to ensure meticulous execution of tasks and efficient management of responsibilities.

Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and other applications within the Microsoft Office suite is required.
