Accounting and Financial Management entails the oversight and strategic direction of financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient resource allocation to support organizational objectives. This role demands proficiency in financial analysis, budget preparation, and internal controls, along with strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights. Candidates must possess relevant accounting qualifications, such as a CPA or ARCA certification, and demonstrate expertise in financial software, tax planning, and audit procedures. Overseeing inventory control and store operations, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels, efficient organization of merchandise, and adherence to merchandising standards, while also managing store logistics, including receiving, stocking, and replenishment processes to maintain optimal inventory levels and product availability.

Oversee the receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of inventory to ensure accurate tracking and efficient distribution.

Ensure meticulous management of inventory records and stock databases with precision and accuracy.

Monitor inventory flow, including receipts and dispatches, while maintaining accurate records and accountability for all stock movements.

Perform regular stock verifications and conduct comprehensive physical inventory counts as scheduled.

Conduct stock reconciliation and analyze any variances that arise.

Oversee inventory levels and, as required, submit replenishment requests to maintain adequate stock.

Responsible for maintaining the secure storage and protection of all inventory items to prevent loss, damage, or unauthorized access.

Sourcing and managing supplier relationships, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and procurement processes, are essential duties within this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and resolving any issues that may arise. Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate favorable terms are required, along with experience in vendor management and procurement practices. Proficiency in procurement software and tools is advantageous.

Provide support in the processing of purchase orders and confirm the accuracy of delivered items against the corresponding approved requests.

We are seeking a candidate with 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Accounting, Store keeping, Inventory Management, or a comparable field.

Possesses a solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and proficient inventory management techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with experience with accounting software, would be considered a valuable asset for this role.
