We collaborate with the team Director and Associate Directors, along with Senior Bankers, to support the recruitment, training, coaching, and mentoring of junior bankers, involving them fully in every stage of the project cycle—including appraisal, execution, implementation, monitoring, and business development. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required. Three or more years of experience in software development is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices is preferable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are necessary. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant field—or equivalent professional experience—is required.
Professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA, ARCA, or CIA would be advantageous for this role.
