You are responsible for managing and aligning all daily administrative functions throughout the organization, fostering seamless collaboration among departments such as Front Office, Operations, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, and Events.
Oversee the entire finance function, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis to facilitate strategic business decisions.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations to ensure accurate invoicing, meticulous payment monitoring, and thorough reconciliation of all financial transactions in a timely manner.
Monitor and oversee petty cash expenditures across various departments, verifying accountability, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring strict compliance with established internal policies.
Ensure financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation remain precise and current, adhering to established accounting standards and organizational policies.
Review staff payroll inputs, assess attendance records and overtime claims, and verify deductions to ensure salary processing is completed accurately and promptly, thereby supporting payroll administration.
Perform routine cost evaluations across various departments, such as Food & Beverage, Rooms, Spa, and Events, to uncover potential cost reductions and enhance overall profitability.
Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to verify adherence to all applicable statutory obligations.
Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to support revenue tracking and guarantee the precise capture of all revenue streams.
Monitor daily cash flow and financial performance, delivering timely, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to management for enhanced operational efficiency.
Provide leadership in procurement activities while coordinating with key departments to secure necessary approvals, manage vendor relationships effectively, and optimize cost efficiency throughout the process.
Maintain meticulous documentation and organized filing systems for all financial and administrative records to ensure readiness for audits and promote transparency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of four to five years of professional experience in finance and administration, with a strong preference for those with a background in the hospitality industry.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in hotel or property management operations is considered a valuable asset.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications proficiently.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in organization, analysis, and leadership, fostering efficiency and guiding teams toward strategic objectives with precision and clarity.
