Creating comprehensive reports that effectively identify and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each Field Representative.
Assisting staff members in enhancing their performance and monitoring their developmental advancement.
Compiling and submitting the produced reports to the Human Resources department is required.
Developing and delivering comprehensive training initiatives for field representatives to enhance their operational proficiency and ensure exceptional performance in their roles.
Ensuring strict adherence to all field rules and responsibilities while overseeing that Field Representatives comply with established protocols is essential.
You are responsible for addressing all on-call assignments and providing assistance to the Field Representatives within your team.
Overseeing maintenance and repair scheduling for fleet vehicles to ensure alignment with the allocated fleet vehicle care budget is essential.
