ROLE SUMMARY
The Field Operations Officer will manage the onboarding and support of merchants and sellers while facilitating seamless marketplace functionality and overseeing field-based initiatives. This position requires frequent travel to markets and business sites to uphold quality benchmarks and assist with order fulfillment logistics.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing financial reporting, budget monitoring, and regulatory compliance to ensure organizational integrity and transparency. Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency across all departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive data-driven decision-making. Lead month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to stringent accounting standards and deadlines. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support long-term business objectives and sustainability.
We verify and onboard new merchants or sellers onto the platform, ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements and standards.
Perform routine inspections at marketplaces and commercial establishments.
Assist in the preparation and optimization of product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with sellers to facilitate their onboarding and account establishment, addressing any inquiries or challenges that may arise during the process.
Oversee the organization and execution of order fulfillment and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Conduct preliminary quality inspections of products prior to shipment to ensure adherence to established standards.
Compile and transmit daily operational reports for review and analysis.
Develop and sustain robust partnerships with merchants and partners to foster long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
