Job Summary
In this role as Field Onboarding Agent, your duties will encompass the onboarding of retail fuel stations, installation of operational tools, delivery of training to station personnel, and verification of successful activation for business operations.
Conducts a comprehensive range of duties, including overseeing day-to-day operations, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency across departments. Prepares and presents detailed reports to senior leadership, summarizing performance metrics, progress updates, and strategic recommendations. Maintains strong communication channels with stakeholders to align objectives and resolve any operational challenges. Monitors resource allocation, budget adherence, and compliance with industry regulations to uphold quality and accountability standards.
Engage with station owners and managers to finalize necessary onboarding procedures and complete required documentation.
Configure POS terminals, establish payment accounts, and deploy station applications.
Train station owners and staff in the effective utilization of operational tools and processes.
Ensure precise documentation of onboarding evidence within the company’s field application.
Ensure all stations are fully operational and successfully transitioned to the retention team.
Requirements
With a proven track record of 2 to 3 years in field sales, FMCG distribution, merchant onboarding, or comparable commercial positions, the ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise to drive business growth and client acquisition.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with the capacity to train users proficiently.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing smartphone applications and digital tools is essential for this role.
Capable of managing field visits autonomously while effectively coordinating multiple schedules and priorities.
Candidates are required to maintain residence within the designated area and demonstrate a strong understanding of the local geography and community.
