Reverse Aesthetics Clinics Limited is looking for dynamic, proactive, and goal-oriented Field Marketers to expand our brand presence and strengthen our partnership ecosystem in Lagos and Abuja.
The successful candidate will be tasked with securing and integrating key partner businesses, including hotels, spas, salons, barbershops, gyms, wellness centers, supermarkets, lifestyle enterprises, and other establishments that prioritize customer engagement.

Drafts, revises, and finalizes correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards, maintaining a high degree of professionalism in all written communications. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze findings, and synthesize information into actionable insights. Manages multiple priorities within strict deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Facilitates meetings, prepares agendas, and documents key decisions to support efficient decision-making processes.
Proactively engage with and establish connections with prospective partner organizations to explore collaboration opportunities.
Develop and sustain robust professional connections with company owners and organizational leaders.
Drive awareness of the clinic’s service offerings and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market reach and collaborative opportunities.
Distribute marketing collateral and enhance brand visibility through strategic outreach initiatives.
Develop prospective client pipelines and facilitate the expansion of the customer base through targeted outreach initiatives.
Furnish consistent documentation and progress reports regarding ongoing activities and newly established partnerships.
Professionally embody the brand in all interactions and engagements, ensuring a consistent and polished representation at every opportunity.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline, with at least three years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or corporate finance. Proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. Prior experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis will be advantageous.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with diverse teams and stakeholders is essential.

While prior experience in marketing or sales is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement for this role.
