As a Field Collections Officer at Fair Money, your primary duties will encompass a range of critical tasks, including, but not limited to:
Conduct periodic on-site visits to liaise with delinquent customers, including agents and merchants, while employing telephone, electronic correspondence, and other lawful methods to pursue outstanding payments.
Maintain a comprehensive daily activity log, recording key metrics including the volume of calls made, right-party contacts achieved, promises to pay secured, and fulfilled payment commitments.
Ensure the accuracy of delinquent account details and conduct daily proactive outreach via telephone to resolve pending matters efficiently.
To develop and finalize mutually beneficial payment arrangements and settlements, ensuring accounts do not progress to further delinquency.
Diligently monitor payment statuses by proactively following up on outstanding commitments and ensuring prompt resolution to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
