Reports directly to the Manager of Service Delivery, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and operational standards. This role requires close collaboration with leadership to implement service delivery strategies, monitor performance metrics, and address escalated customer or operational issues. The position involves overseeing day-to-day service operations, maintaining compliance with quality benchmarks, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities integral to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Engage in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and productivity. Perform regular evaluations to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Facilitate communication and coordination among teams to maintain seamless workflows and achieve key milestones. Uphold compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and ensure accountability.

Update and maintain the presales’ tracker sheet, ensuring all installation, survey, trial/POC, and activation requests are accurately recorded and monitored.

Compile and submit daily and monthly reports using the presales tracker sheet to ensure accurate documentation and tracking of presales activities.

Process activation requests to enable accounts for newly installed links, catering to both new and existing clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, facilitating the execution, submission, and proper documentation of contracts for every client.

Weekly reporting entails the transfer of newly established accounts for cooperate clients, partners, resellers, and dealers to the Account Management team.

The accounting department requires weekly reports detailing newly activated accounts.

Regularly providing the sales team with detailed reports on the status of their Survey/Installation projects ensures they remain informed.

To manage and address service requests submitted by sales personnel or resellers, ensuring the timely conveyance of pertinent information to them.

Ensure all executed contracts are organized and stored in a systematic filing system.

Assists the Supervisor with any additional tasks or responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Requirements

Proficient understanding of both wired and wireless technologies, along with expertise in Local Area Network (LAN) and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) infrastructure.
