Duties are overseen by the Manager of Service Delivery.
The incumbent will be expected to fulfill a range of professional responsibilities and duties, which include overseeing key operational tasks, managing team performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role demands meticulous attention to detail in executing project deliverables, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining robust communication channels with stakeholders at all levels. Update and maintain the Presales’ tracker sheet by recording all Installation, survey, Trial/POC, and activation requests. Additionally, monitor the sheet to ensure accurate tracking and up-to-date information.
Prepare daily and monthly reports utilizing the presales tracker sheet as a primary tool.
Facilitate the activation of accounts for newly established connections across new and existing client portfolios.
Maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders to guarantee the timely signing, submission, and proper documentation of contracts for every client.
Weekly reports summarizing newly onboarded accounts for corporate clients, partners, resellers, and dealers must be prepared for Account Management.
The accounting department must receive weekly reports detailing newly activated accounts.
The sales team receives ongoing reports that detail the current status of their Survey/Installation projects, ensuring they remain fully informed.
To manage and process service requests submitted by sales personnel or resellers, ensuring all relevant information is accurately communicated to them.
Ensure all executed contracts are organized and stored in an efficient filing system.
Performs other duties as directed by the Supervisor when necessary.
