Facility Maintenance and Operations: Responsibilities include overseeing the upkeep, repair, and efficient functioning of all building systems and equipment to ensure a safe, functional, and compliant environment. This role requires thorough knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems, along with the ability to diagnose issues and perform or coordinate timely repairs. Qualifications and Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or recognized diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of two to four years of professional experience in facility supervision is required, ideally gained within a gym, hospitality, or service-oriented setting.

Facility maintenance principles, safety protocols, and equipment oversight are essential areas of expertise for this role.

Demonstrates strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
