We’re Looking For
With a minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in sales or team management, candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to lead and drive results. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to mentor teams, develop strategic sales initiatives, and consistently meet performance targets. Prior experience in a similar capacity will ensure the successful applicant can effectively oversee operations and contribute to organizational growth.
Demonstrated success in consistently finalizing agreements and securing deals.
Proven expertise in collaborating with and managing commission-based sales teams is essential. Candidates should bring a strong background in driving revenue through performance-oriented incentives, with a deep understanding of commission structures and their impact on team motivation and productivity. Familiarity with designing, implementing, or optimizing commission plans to align with business goals and market conditions is highly desirable.
Proficient in coaching methodologies, talent acquisition strategies, and customer relationship management technologies.
