Job Summary

The Admin & Facility Manager oversees the Bank’s facilities, administrative functions, vendors, and workplace conditions to maintain uninterrupted business operations and peak efficiency. This position manages property oversight, facility upkeep, lease coordination, renovation initiatives, procurement assistance, and company-wide administrative services.

The selected candidate will be instrumental in providing ongoing supervision of facility management, administrative tasks, vendor relations, and operational assistance throughout the Northern Region. In this key position, they will be responsible for sustaining uninterrupted support to branches and regional offices, mitigating potential operational interruptions, and upholding adherence to organizational policies as well as regulatory mandates.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational efficiency and goal attainment. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting professional growth, cross-functional alignment, and accountability among team members. Overseeing the maintenance, operations, and upkeep of facilities and properties to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards, this role involves managing vendor relationships, coordinating repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, addressing tenant or occupant concerns, and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in facility management software and prior experience in property maintenance are required.
