Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process from start to finish.
Leverage human capital to address current and future business objectives by fostering development, engagement, motivation, and long-term retention of talent.
Formulate, implement, and oversee comprehensive HR strategies, frameworks, policies, and operational procedures throughout the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
Foster an encouraging and collaborative workplace atmosphere.
Direct the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of a performance appraisal system designed to foster and sustain high performance across the organization.
Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of the compensation and benefits framework to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market benchmarks.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify training requirements and oversee the implementation and tracking of training initiatives.
Prepare analyses and present key HR metrics to management, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
Ensure strict adherence to legal requirements across all human resource management practices.
The ideal candidate must meet specific qualifications and possess certain skills to excel in this role. They should have a proven track record in relevant areas, along with the ability to perform essential job functions. Familiarity with industry standards and adherence to best practices are also required. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate proficiency in relevant tools or software. Experience in a similar position is preferred.
Requires a minimum of five to ten years of demonstrated expertise in human resources management.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field is required.
