Job Summary
The Facilities and Fleet Manager is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s physical facilities, administrative services, and vehicle fleet across all operating regions. The role ensures safe, compliant, and costefficient operations that support ntel’s business objectives. The position requires close collaboration with Operations, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure facilities and fleet assets are well maintained, compliant with regulatory requirements, and aligned with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Administration
Oversee daytoday maintenance of all buildings, offices, and facilities (MEP).
Manage facility upgrades, utilities, generators, and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate BOQs, drawings, renovations, new builds, space planning, and office relocations.
Develop and manage SLAs and vendors for cleaning, waste management, pest control, housekeeping, and gardening.
Maintain custodianship of facilities contracts, renewals, and vendor performance.
Conduct routine inspections, risk assessments, and prepare facilities reports.

Coordinate payment of utility bills, permits, government levies, and statutory obligations.
Manage company assets including buildings, equipment, fixtures, and fittings.
Manage diesel usage, monitoring, and reordering.
Prepare justifications and obtain approvals for services, purchases, and civil works.
Fleet Management
Manage the company vehicle fleet to ensure availability, safety, and optimal utilization
Develop and enforce fleet management policies and usage guidelines.
Oversee vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
Manage vehicle documentation including licensing, insurance, and renewals.
Maintain accurate fleet records, logs, and reports.
Investigate vehicle incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate vehicle procurement, allocation, replacement, and disposal.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Master’s degree is an added advantage.
8–10 years of experience in facilities, administration, and/or fleet management.
Experience managing assets, vendors, budgets, and multisite operations.
Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
