The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the strategic planning, seamless coordination, and effective execution of Bottle king’s event operations, partnerships, activations, and revenue-generating event initiatives. Oversee and manage the primary duties and operational functions associated with the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Plan, coordinate, and execute Bottle king-sponsored events as well as partner events, overseeing all stages from initial concept through to final completion.
Oversee the logistical operations encompassing bar management, beverage service, equipment rentals, staffing coordination, brand representation, and event setup.
Deliver flawless onsite operations and uphold an exceptional level of customer service for all events.
Oversee and synchronize timelines, as well as manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams with precision and efficiency.

Brand Experience & Marketing: Spearhead innovative strategies to craft immersive brand narratives and captivating marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Develop and execute multichannel initiatives to enhance brand visibility, foster customer engagement, and drive measurable business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, design, and content with brand values and market trends. Analyze consumer insights and performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize return on investment. Lead creative projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
Deliver all events in alignment with Bottleking’s premium and luxury brand identity to maintain a consistent and elevated brand experience.
Collaborate effectively with the marketing and content teams to craft compelling event campaigns, produce dynamic event coverage, and design impactful promotional materials.
Coordinate branded assets such as bars, menus, glasses, signage, and merchandise to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
Capture and produce social media and digital content in real-time during events.
Operations & Team Management: Oversee the efficient functioning of daily activities while ensuring all processes align with organizational objectives. Lead and develop high-performing teams by fostering collaboration, providing mentorship, and addressing performance gaps. Implement best practices to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and maintain accountability across departments. Monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
Organize and oversee the collaboration of event personnel, including bartenders, vendors, and auxiliary support staff.
Responsible for managing event inventory and overseeing the proper use and maintenance of event equipment and products to ensure optimal functionality and availability.
Oversee financial oversight by tracking budgets, monitoring event expenditures, and analyzing profitability metrics to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational goals.
Compile comprehensive post-event reports that analyze performance metrics, gather and evaluate participant feedback, and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.
To effectively evaluate performance, key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics will be established, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative measures. Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of two to four years of professional experience in event management, hospitality, lifestyle marketing, or brand activations is required.
Accomplished team leadership with a keen ability to manage projects efficiently and maintain meticulous organization throughout all phases of execution.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with a strong aptitude for negotiation.
Demonstrated capability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments while overseeing several concurrent events.
Demonstrates exceptional precision and a refined eye for visual appeal.
Candidates with prior experience in luxury, hospitality, beverage, or lifestyle sectors will be highly regarded.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong competency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various project management tools.
