Responsible for the operation of production machinery while adhering to established company procedures and maintaining compliance with all safety standards.
Evaluate machine performance routinely and implement required modifications to sustain optimal operational flow.
Perform regular inspections and carry out essential maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Promptly detect and document any malfunctions, breakdowns, or production discrepancies, ensuring timely communication of issues.
You will be responsible for verifying that all products adhere to established quality benchmarks and are manufactured in accordance with production goals.
Compile and update comprehensive production records and reports with meticulous accuracy to ensure compliance and operational transparency.
Maintain a pristine work environment by ensuring strict compliance with all established health and safety protocols.
Requirements
A minimum requirement includes an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), a Trade Test certificate, or an equivalent qualification.
Skilled professionals with a proven track record of 1 to 3 years of hands-on machine operation in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or manufacturing settings are sought.
Mechanical troubleshooting expertise at a foundational level is required.
Capable of effectively operating within flexible shift schedules and independently managing assigned tasks with minimal oversight.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to maintaining safety standards.
