Responsibilities
Professionally address and reply without delay to all customer inquiries communicated through phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person interactions.
Ensure all communications are conducted with a professional and amiable tone consistently.
Confirm customer orders, validate item availability, and confirm the correctness of each order before processing.
Log all orders promptly and conduct follow-up checks to guarantee timely processing and dispatch.
Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to develop and sustain connections with key purchasers.
Deliver outstanding service to these buyers through proactive order monitoring and swift resolution of any issues that may arise.
Maintain detailed documentation of direct buyer history, including their preferences, purchase quantities, and feedback received.
Act as a liaison between the warehouse and logistics teams to monitor order status and verify punctual delivery.
Maintain transparent communication with customers regarding dispatch updates, expected delivery schedules, and any unforeseen delays.
Address customer complaints promptly and maintain a professional demeanor, escalating complex or unresolved issues to the Head of HR/Admin or Managing Director as needed.
Maintain a comprehensive log of complaints, documenting each issue along with the resolution process applied.
Maintain and update a structured customer database, with a particular focus on direct buyers and repeat clients.
Monitor regular purchasing patrons, identify those who have become inactive, and suggest appropriate strategies for re-engagement.
Provide customer insights and feedback to both marketing and sales teams to inform strategic decisions.
Propose enhancements derived from recurring customer feedback or inquiries to elevate satisfaction and address unmet needs.
