Bouillon Hotel & Apartment is in search of a seasoned, innovative, and exceptionally talented Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations and curate outstanding culinary experiences for our valued guests.
Requirements:
Experienced professionals with a strong background as Head Chef or Senior Chef in high-caliber hotels or dining establishments are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in both local and international culinary traditions, with a deep understanding of diverse cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership abilities and expertise in kitchen management.
Capable of designing menus, managing food expenditures, and upholding stringent food quality benchmarks.
Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
Must demonstrate resilience in high-pressure environments while efficiently directing kitchen personnel.
Compensation will be provided in the form of a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The position offers a monthly salary of $300,000.
