Requirements:
Requires a demonstrated track record in a leadership chef role, such as Head Chef or Senior Chef, within a distinguished hotel or restaurant environment.
Possesses in-depth expertise in both regional and global culinary traditions, encompassing diverse cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and cultural influences.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership capabilities and proficiency in kitchen management.
Proven capability in menu development, stringent control of food costs, and adherence to exceptional food quality standards.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of food safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
Demonstrates resilience in high-pressure environments while efficiently leading and coordinating kitchen personnel to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.
Compensation is offered at a competitive rate commensurate with experience and qualifications, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives.
