We are seeking a seasoned professional to join the team at Liebherr Nigeria Ltd.

The Earthmoving & Mining Service Manager will oversee afterwales service operations for equipment in Nigeria, focusing on delivering exceptional service quality, optimizing equipment uptime, and enhancing customer satisfaction while expanding service business revenue.

Your responsibilities will encompass executing a broad spectrum of duties to ensure operational efficiency, including managing day-to-day workflows, coordinating team activities, and overseeing project timelines. You will serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating clear communication and aligning goals to enhance cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, you will conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for process improvement, and implement strategic initiatives to drive productivity and meet organizational objectives. Proficiency in relevant software tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.

Oversee all on-site and workshop operations to guarantee adherence to safety protocols, adherence to schedules, and exceptional quality standards.

As the primary liaison for customers, you will address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Leadership entails guiding, mentoring, and overseeing service teams to ensure optimal performance and adherence to standards. This role involves directing team efforts, fostering professional development, and maintaining accountability to drive consistent service excellence.

Provide technical support by diagnosing issues and performing essential repairs to ensure optimal system functionality.

Ensure the timely availability of parts and streamline service planning processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

You will be responsible for managing warranty processes and driving continuous quality enhancements. This role involves supervising warranty claims, ensuring timely resolutions, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to elevate overall product quality and customer satisfaction.

Business Growth: Discover avenues to enhance service revenue streams and maximize warranty recovery opportunities.

Oversee expenditures and monitor performance relative to key performance indicators to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) best practices throughout all operations.

Seeking a highly skilled professional with proficiency in a range of technical and interpersonal competencies to support organizational goals.
