We seek a Sales Representative capable of providing excellent customer service and possessing foundational cashiering skills. The preferred candidate will reside within or near Amino Odin to accommodate the designated working hours and must be available to start without delay.
Oversee a range of critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance productivity, ensure compliance with industry standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align goals, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining strong relationships to support long-term growth.
Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide customers with guidance on product selection and address their inquiries professionally.
Process customer transactions by accepting payments, generating receipts, and documenting sales in accordance with established procedures.
Properly package and organize frozen food items to maintain quality and safety standards. Ensure all items are securely sealed and appropriately labeled for easy identification. Arrange products neatly within designated storage areas to optimize space utilization and facilitate efficient inventory management.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and customer-focused store environment at all times.
Provide assistance with daily store operations as necessary to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
