Oversee a substantial volume of incoming telephone communications, ensuring efficient handling and timely responses to maintain smooth operational flow.

Prospect and cultivate potential client relationships to identify and qualify new sales opportunities, thereby contributing to revenue growth and market expansion initiatives.

Proactively evaluate and understand customers’ requirements to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.

Establish and nurture long-term relationships and credibility with client accounts by fostering transparent and engaging dialogue.

Deliver precise, reliable, and thorough information through appropriate methods and tools.

Achieve established personal and customer service team sales objectives while maintaining adherence to call handling quotas.

Respond to customer inquiries by addressing complaints and delivering suitable resolutions or alternatives promptly; verify that each issue has been fully resolved through follow-up actions.

Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions, manage customer account updates, and systematically organize and file essential documents.
