• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related technical role, with at least 3 years in a senior-level position.
• Proven expertise in software development, system architecture, or data analysis, as evidenced by completed projects or certifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages, tools, and frameworks, including but not limited to Python, Java, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IAC) is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends through ongoing learning and professional development.
Candidates must hold a first degree and have a minimum of four years of professional experience in an educational institution.
Proficiency in instructing the English National curriculum would be advantageous.
