Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project completion and maintain high levels of efficiency. Regularly assess workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement strategic solutions to enhance productivity and quality. Act as a key liaison between departments, fostering clear communication and resolving escalated issues promptly to uphold seamless operations.

Craft and execute well-structured, engaging lessons for assigned classes to ensure purposeful and productive learning experiences.

Creativity and innovation will be essential as you develop and implement diverse, engaging methods to deliver subject, fostering inspiration and motivation among students.

Foster a stimulating and engaging learning environment by motivating students and demonstrating genuine passion for the subject.

Mark ensures adherence to departmental and school marking policies while providing constructive feedback and meticulously documenting students’ academic progress in his subject.

Employ a diverse array of educational materials and instructional methodologies, carefully tailored to the subject and specific topic at hand.

Participate in mutual lesson observations both within and beyond their department as a part of sharing best practice.

Employ teaching methodologies that accommodate the diverse abilities and learning preferences present in each class, with special attention given to the educational requirements of pupils with learning difficulties and disabilities (LDD).

Perform report writing duties and assign internal grades as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in education-related disciplines is required for this position.

Requires at least three years of hands-on experience in an educational environment focused on early childhood development.

Certification in CPR and first aid represents an additional asset for this position.

Proven ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential. You must be adept at listening actively, articulating ideas with precision, and tailoring your communication style to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills are required to build rapport, collaborate efficiently, and resolve conflicts constructively.
