The Company Driver will ensure the safe and efficient operation of all company vehicles, encompassing both ambulances (Hi ace buses) and standard saloon cars.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence, including managing key projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining strict adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to support data-driven decision-making at all levels of leadership. Operate company-owned ambulances (Hi ace buses) and assigned saloon vehicles as directed.
Capably and securely maneuver vehicles equipped with manual transmissions, demonstrating proficiency in clutch operation, gear shifting, and vehicle control to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Responsibilities include guaranteeing prompt and efficient transportation of staff, clients, or materials whenever necessary.
Ensure vehicles are consistently kept in optimal operational condition by performing routine maintenance tasks such as regular cleanliness, fuel level monitoring, and basic non-technical inspections.
Promptly report any faults, damages, or operational issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain safety standards.
Leverage Google Maps and supplementary navigation tools to optimize route efficiency and ensure timely arrivals.
Strict adherence to all applicable road safety regulations and the organization’s established driving policies is mandatory.
Always maintain a professional attire, as company-branded T-shirts will be distributed for uniform purposes.
Ensure a consistently polite and professional demeanor throughout all work hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development or related technical roles
• Proficiency in programming languages including but not limited to Java, Python, or C++
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with databases and SQL for data management and retrieval
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in team environments
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies
