Oversee a wide range of operational and administrative tasks to ensure seamless business functioning, including coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, streamline workflows, and support executive-level activities. Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity, prioritize high-impact assignments, and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in office software, communication tools, and basic financial tracking is required. A minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or operational support role is preferred.

Responsible for managing the overall operations of all three restaurant locations, including coordinating activities related to quality food preparation, sales performance, staff management, restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

Overseeing daily sales performance across all outlets and compiling comprehensive reports to ensure Shift Managers fulfill their responsibilities with precision and accountability.

Implementing policies and procedures while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to food and safety standards.

Deliver comprehensive development training programs to enhance staff competencies by designing and maintaining a structured training calendar and organizing essential training sessions for both front office and production personnel.

Professionally address and resolve escalated customer complaints with the utmost care and efficiency.

Formulate strategic approaches and operational tactics to consistently surpass daily sales objectives across all retail locations.

Ensure that kitchen staff deliver products accurately, matching each item with the corresponding order and adhering to the company’s established standards.

To devise and execute strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction via outstanding service delivery.

Regularly monitor the production floor, inventory areas, and front office to verify that all staff members adhere to established regulations.

Oversee disciplinary matters and refer them to the Human Resources department when necessary.

To develop and implement strategies aimed at minimizing production waste and reducing overall manufacturing costs.

To monitor local competitors and devise strategies for customer retention, including the implementation of marketing initiatives and innovative promotional campaigns.

Develop and oversee the execution of localized sales growth initiatives to enhance market penetration and revenue generation.

The position necessitates a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in advanced software tools and methodologies is essential, and candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is mandatory. The ideal candidate will exhibit leadership qualities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with at least five years of leadership experience in the fast food industry, preferably with a proven ability to consistently deliver strong sales performance.
