Job Summary
The Chief Supervising Officer (CSO) will oversee security operations, supervise personnel, and ensure strategic deployment of guards at client sites.

We are responsible for sourcing, developing, and assigning qualified security personnel to client sites. This includes conducting recruitment efforts, delivering comprehensive training programs, and ensuring these guards are effectively deployed to their designated locations.
Perform regular inspections and assessments of deployed security personnel to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
Ensure that security personnel adhere strictly to established company policies and operational procedures.

Ensure the maintenance of discipline, professionalism, and operational efficiency among all security personnel.

Conduct thorough background checks and vetting procedures to verify the suitability of guards for the role.
The position requires a structured schedule with clearly defined working hours, ensuring reliable availability and consistent productivity. Employees are expected to adhere to the established schedule, demonstrating punctuality and commitment to their assigned shifts.
Monday through Saturday, with scheduled hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the role requires adaptability to meet operational needs, including potential adjustments to working hours or days as necessary.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++ is essential, as is familiarity with database management systems and version control tools. Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are also required. Additionally, experience with Agile methodologies and cloud computing platforms is highly advantageous.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree or Higher National Diploma in a related field and have acquired 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficient in utilizing computer applications and systems is required.
