Job Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned and proficient Head of Technical/Power Distribution to spearhead our power distribution team. The ideal candidate will oversee the seamless transmission of power, uphold reliability standards, and execute technical strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
Minimum of seven years of practical experience in the field of power distribution is required.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams effectively, with a track record of achieving organizational goals and fostering a high-performing work environment.
Possesses comprehensive expertise in power distribution systems and metering technologies, with a deep understanding of their operational principles and applications.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with a strong aptitude for analyzing and resolving complex issues.
Key Duties: Lead strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth, oversee cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives, and manage high-impact deliverables to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and execute comprehensive plans to optimize team performance, monitor progress through KPIs, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Foster a collaborative culture by mentoring team members and facilitating continuous professional development. Ensure compliance with industry regulations while maintaining rigorous quality standards across all projects.
Design and execute strategic initiatives to optimize power distribution systems, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of electrical energy. Formulate comprehensive plans to enhance infrastructure, integrate advanced technologies, and mitigate operational risks while adhering to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and upkeep of power distribution infrastructure systems.
Uphold adherence to established safety standards and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks and maintain a secure working environment.
Direct and oversee a group of skilled technical experts, ensuring cohesive collaboration and optimal performance.
Work in coordination with various departments to maintain an uninterrupted and efficient power supply system.
Responsible for establishing, overseeing, and maintaining financial plans and allocations related to power distribution activities.
Evaluate processes and systems to pinpoint areas where enhancements can be made, then develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
