Job Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned and proficient Head of Technical/Power Distribution to spearhead our power distribution team. The ideal candidate will oversee the seamless distribution of power, uphold reliability standards, and execute technical strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is preferred. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities efficiently.
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of seven years of professional experience in the field of power distribution is required.
Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing teams is essential for this role.
