We seek a dynamic professional with a keen visual sensibility to join our team as Graphic Design Personnel. This position encompasses graphic design, video editing, and creative direction, all aimed at crafting outstanding visual content for our e-commerce platform.
Oversee a range of critical duties that include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and fostering a productive work environment. Supervise teams to meet performance targets, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve operational challenges as they arise. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Maintain accurate records, prepare comprehensive reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects, monitor progress, and deliver measurable results in alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design innovative marketing materials, encompassing social media graphics, print collateral, digital advertisements, and web designs.
Collaborate on the development of compelling and aesthetically pleasing video content tailored for multiple digital platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to devise innovative campaigns and strategic plans.
Partner with the content and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic campaigns.
Collaborating closely with our advertising and media specialists to enhance marketing outcomes and drive campaign success.
Maintain uniform brand representation across every visual asset.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, and a minimum of five years of professional experience in software development or a closely related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in software design principles and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration in cross-functional teams, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are also required. Familiarity with version control systems, agile methodologies, and cloud computing platforms is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced technological environment.
Demonstrated expertise as a graphic designer, evidenced by a compelling portfolio that highlights exceptional design capabilities.
Proficient in utilizing graphic design software such as CorelDRAW and CANVA to develop compelling advertising visuals and banners.
Proven expertise in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign—as well as advanced video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects—to develop compelling advertising content.
Proven capability to operate autonomously while also contributing effectively within collaborative team environments.
Individuals who demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for inventive thinking and pioneering concepts.
The incumbent must be prepared to reside within the vicinity of the company’s KET-Epe, Lagos, Nigeria facility.
Monday through Saturday, shifts are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
